Comments: Great experience! The inspection was performed by Daniel Oligney he was flexible and able to accomadte my schedule changes. He performed a thorough inspection and provided knowleagable feedback during the inspection walk through. The report was provided on time and contained pictures of each area and suggestions for how to address any issues found and even what would likely be a costly repair. He even came back to the property because he wasnt able to get access to part of the home originally. Overall great inspection and service, I would definetly recommend and use for future inspections.

Comments: As a Real Estate Broker, I expect any home inspector I refer to my clients to be thorough and clearly identify any and all issues a home poses for my buyer, not just the major structural defects. Those are important and I like how NY Inspection Professionals point those out at the top of the report in RED so I don't have to look through the entire report to find the major issues. The photos are great too because they clearly show the issue and are easily explainable to the attorney and Listing Agent.
